Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy Magnolia Laundry Solutions offers both one-time and recurring family laundry services. Customers may schedule service online based on available pickup and delivery routes. Recurring family laundry service may be canceled at any time prior to the next scheduled billing date. Cancellation requests submitted after a billing cycle has processed will apply to the following billing period. One-time laundry services and reset services may be canceled without charge if canceled prior to pickup. Once laundry has been picked up or processing has begun, all sales are final and non-refundable. Customers are responsible for ensuring laundry is available at the designated pickup location during the scheduled pickup window. Missed pickups due to inaccessible locations, unavailable laundry, incorrect addresses, or unsafe conditions may result in rescheduling delays or additional service fees. Magnolia Laundry Solutions reserves the right to reschedule pickups or deliveries due to weather, traffic, holidays, equipment issues, staffing limitations, or other operational circumstances beyond reasonable control. By booking service, the customer acknowledges and agrees to Magnolia Laundry Solutions’ Terms & Conditions and service policies.
